Online Course Platform Questions:

Q. How do I retrieve my password if I’ve lost it or how do I create a new password?
A. Your lost password can be found three different ways.

  1. Use this direct link https://learn.sfpbacademy.com/my-account/lost-password/
  2. There is a link labeled “Lost Password” on the menu under the Login button.
  3. Under the “Login” button you’ll see a pop-up screen that has the link “Lost Your Password” underneath.

To change your password when you’re logged in, do this:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Click account details.
  3. You’ll find the password change in the last three fill in boxes on the form.
  4. Click “save changes”.

Q. How to access my courses via SFPB Academy?
A. When logged in, go to the Access Your Courses tab in SFPB Academy to find all courses that you have purchased yourself as well as all courses you are enrolled in. When you click the Access Your Courses tab you can access all courses you’ve purchased from SFPB Academy.

After purchasing a SFPB Academy training course, you are sent a few separate emails:

– Your purchase receipt.
– Information about your newly created SFPB Academy account. (Only if you have never made a purchase with the email address you used at the SFPB Academy Online Course Learning Platform checkout before.)
– Proof of enrollment for what you have purchased.

Q. How do I assign a course I’ve paid for to someone else so they can view it?
A. Each course is only for the buyer. If you’d like to purchase a course as a gift for someone else, contact us here and we’ll help you!

Q. Does my course access expire?
A. You’ll have lifetime access to each course unless, in the rare instance, an online course gets discontinued. This would be due to the course information no longer be relevant. All courses that are discontinued will be valid until at least one year past the date of purchase.

Q. Is my credit card information stored on the SFPB Academy Online Course Learning Platform website?
A. No credit card information is ever stored on this website. This website uses Paypal or Stripe, two of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. This website and the payment processing we do is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

All card numbers are encrypted. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

SFPB Academy Online Course Learning Platform never sees (or has access to) your credit card data at all. When payment information is collected, it is securely transmitted directly to Stripe without it passing through our website servers, so you can be assured that your credit card information is safe.

Q. How Can I Receive a Receipt for My Purchase?
A. You will recieve a reciept in your email box for your transaction. Remember to check your spam/junk folders.

Q. How Long Will I Have Access to the Online Courses on this Site?
A. Once you purchase any of the online courses, you will have lifetime access, unless in the rare instance a course becomes discontinued from the course site due to no longer being relevant for students.

You will receive any product you order from us within less than a minute of purchasing it! Yes, you read that right. Here’s how it works:
Once you order one of the Business Products for Pet Business Owners, you will receive an email with a link to immediately download the product you order. Just click on that link and you’ll be able to access the file that will show up on your computer screen or mobile phone. It’s that simple!

Please note: if your PayPal account is linked to your checking account (instead of your credit card or existing PayPal balance) there may be a 5-day waiting period to make sure the check clears before the order is processed. Q: Once I pay for the item where will I receive the download link to get my business products?
A: The email address you have listed with PayPal or when you entered your credit card information is the email address that you will receive the download link so you can access the product(s) that you ordered. If you paid by Paypal, check the email address you use to log on to PayPal (and if not there, check spam or junk folder) after you’ve made your purchase. Your download link will be waiting for you via email to click on it to directly access the product you just ordered.

Q: Help! I’ve clicked on the download link but where is my product that I ordered?
A: After you’ve clicked on the download link, your purchased product will be on your computer desktop. If you have a crowded desktop filled with a lot of icons you may have to look around for the new file that will contain your product. Click on the new file that is on your desktop and your product will immediately open so you can view it. It’s that easy!

Q: What format are your forms for Business Products for Pet Business Owners in? And can I edit the forms?
A: Yes, all of the forms are easily editable. All of the products that you order (except for the recordings) will be sent to you in both MS Word document format (so you can customize each product you purchase for your own pet business use) as well as PDF format for easy viewing and reading.

Q: Your products have boxes and CD images representing them. So just to be clear: my products will not be “snail mailed” to me in but instead will come via to me instantly via my email? Is that correct?
A: Exactly. We simply use images of boxes, CDs, etc. to represent what each product is. We could show you stacks of documents to represent the forms or start up kits that you will receive but that would be pretty boring visually. And for recordings, there’s no way for us to show you mp3 files so we chose visual images. 

Q: So, just to be clear, I can change ALL of your forms to suit my own pet business needs?
A: Yes, every single one of the forms can be changed for whatever you might need to add or delete. These forms were created with YOU in mind. Though all of the business forms and pet business contracts are complete as-is, you are welcome (and encouraged!) to customize any of these forms and contracts to suit your own business needs. Each pet business is different. We invite you to make changes as you need to. Many of the pet business owners who purchased our products years ago have changed them on a yearly or every-other-year basis as their business needs have changed.
